MGM Springfield is proud to support and partner with local community-based organizations. Our construction team is working closely with organizations throughout western Massachusetts to ensure that interested contractors, vendors, and workers have the certifications, training, and skills required to help build our resort.
With MGM’s assistance, these diverse organizations have come together to create the Community Partners Network (CPN) of Western Massachusetts. The CPN is a collaborative effort designed to increase access and opportunities for the employment of women, minorities, and veterans. The CPN is focused on increasing diversity in the larger construction workforce in the region, as well as working with other employers on diversity goals.
The CPN’s vision is to help create a workforce in Western Massachusetts that is reflective of the diversity in their communities and to provide stable economic opportunities that positively impact the overall quality of life throughout the region.
